I don’t get it. Mutt’s scheme didn’t work. He got thrown out. Then he and Jeff stare at a woman who is walking by?
Of course, when this first ran, it was B&W, so nobody colored the fog green. The colorist must not have bothered reading the gag.
But either way, neither bushes nor columns of fog tend to walk into movie theaters, so Mutt’s scheme needed some tweaks.
What? Jeff’s part is weird, and as to Mutt whoever saw a patch of fog moving along the ground. No, not even in London.
