Hopefully Slim’s visit to the doctor turned out okay…
In keeping with his tradition…..
NAME THAT MOVIE……
1963
Gregory Peck, Tony Curtis, Angie Dickenson
set in 1944, Stateside Army Air Force hospital in Arizona..
Some “crazy” antics include a “sheep stampede” and an American Indian rendition of Hava Naguilla….
Morning Villagers.
Dkram - I certainly know what you mean. This is my favorite time of day, when the house is quiet, the TV is off and no-one is bothering me.
GM Sweetbill….yes, we are going to Raleigh for Christmas with our eldest son’s family. In fact, we are flying our California kids and their “sig. others” out as well. This’ll be the first time in 3 years we’ll all be together!! WOW.
Not pneumonia, or flu. We both agreed on that. No nasty stuff coming up when I cough or blow my nose. Both are clear as tap water. Only ttime there’s any color is when I’m drinking coffee.
Vitals at the doc.s office: Weight 162 ( :-(((( ), BP 110 / 70, Pulse 91 (kind of high). Oxygen intake 93.
Weight is down about ten lbs., Understandable, not haveing eaten very much since Friday Otherwise, other then the slightly elevated pulse, everything is normal??
The coughing is almost incesant, and just beats me down. I am tired all the time. So what do I have that is irritating my lungs so much???
Got a presciption for some anti=biotics. Just have to wait and see what happens, I guess. :-((.

ML would that be “Captain Newman, MD”?
MontanaLady almost 14 years ago
Good Morning Jan…..Yep!!!!
What a terrific movie……should have had some Academy Awards, but I don’t think it did. Funny, yet serious, and darned good performances.
