“Ketchup” day today. Lots of loose ends to tie up. It seems that when I do multiple projects, some things just get shoved aside. So, Fridays seem to be the day to get that all put to right.
Been watching what I eat for so long, and I’ve been craving chocolate cake! So, I baked one yesterday, and made the world’s best and easiest chocolate icing………….a cup and a half of semisweet chocolate chips, mixed with a 1/2 cup of half and half, melt in a saucepan, and there you go! Not too sweet, but oh so chocolatey!!!! Just pour over your bundt cake and it looks and tastes divine!
