PS: For my share of the Sunday party with the Bingo Club, I made elbow noodles and boiled baby carrots and orzo with them. I also added a cube of vegetarian “chicken flavoring” and then put a lot of veggieburger crumblies in some oil and onions and mixed the two together.
Good morning Vagabonds..It’s Monday, good thing I’m not Garfield. :-).Well I think Spring is beginning to sprung, it’s 23 on the old thermometer. I have yet to see any signs of spring such as the signs along the road side warning of Frost Heaves..There are reports of sugaring coming up from the southern countys. Got down to 41 during the night after a high of 57 yesterday.I just love going outside first thing in the morning and smelling all that fresh air! Even had windows open yesterday afternoon. :))
Watched “A Guy Named Joe” with Spencer Tracy, Irene Dunne, and Van Johnson. What a classic! And, nice to see Lionel Barrymore, too.
We’ve been having fun with Netflix. Yesterday, we watched an old silent movie “The Man from Beyond” starring Harry Houdini. It was a lot of fun. The most fun of watching a silent movie is making up your own dialogue. (For instance when one of the men wearing a parka made his way through a door on an old ship frozen in ice, he started adjusting the bottom of his parka and Michael supplied “I found the head!”)
Temp is 53 at the moment and supposed to get up to 78. Good day to open up and air out.

Had eye surgery this morning. Doc says everything went well, but I can’t see out of my right eye. Hope the Doc was right.
