We woke up to about 4 inches of snow! WooHoo! All the trees are coated with great globs of glittery snowballs. And it’s not supposed to stop until tomorrow night. This is the first time they forecast a big snow and we actually got it. The passes all got about a foot and a half so far. This is a weird winter. Lots and lots of snow! And 14 degrees to boot.
You east coasters seem to be getting hard hit, too. Stay safe.
Well, it’s time to start my day. I’m making my world famous Apple Oat Bran Muffins. They’ll be ready around noon, so come on over. Happy Trails
Today I’m off to a friend’s house to practice with my Beretta. He has a 9mm laser bullet that I can put into my gun and practice anywhere.
Church last night was great, but sometimes I have trouble following the pastor’s logic. Not that he’s wrong, but sometimes I just don’t see the connections he makes.
We’re up to 80 degrees today and for the next few days as well. Ah, spring.
I see that an Amtrak passenger train with 111 people aboard got stuck for nearly 13 hours in northern North Dakota after a giant snowbank, the result of a blizzard, blocked the tracks. I have traveled up the east coast via train a few times, so I am always interested in Amtrak news.
Here in So. Fla. it’s 80 degrees, and I’m running in spring breakers in all over town, even at the grocery store. As Jan says, “Ah, spring.” fif

Hay Vagabonds
The snow has just let up or, it at lest got finer. More cold coming this weekend. (I am getting a head ache)
We have a Pileated Woodpecker looking over an old Maple just a little way from the house.
We see lots of birds around in the winter as e feed the birds. My favorite little birdie are the Chick-a-dees, a regular flying circus.
Gotta go soon so I bid you all a fine day.
