Oh dear, Mark. I haven’t given any thought at all to Christmas dinner. I guess I’m going to have to get off my duff and figure out what I want to cook. Honey Baked Ham comes to mind.
This evening is the Christmas Tea at church. It’s a great opportunity for fellowship and in the last 5 years or so, the guys have volunteered to be waiters for us. (Before that, it was buffet-style.) Everyone dresses up nice and the sanctuary is decorated beautifully. It’s always been a lot of fun.
I made yet another recycling run yesterday. With all of the construction projects lately, we had a lot of cardboard to get rid of. Fortunately that’s all over now and I can go back to my once-every-other-week routine.
I got my kitty creche set up. I can’t post a photo, but you can see the first 5 pieces (holy family & 3 kings) at bradfordexchange.com under “PURR-fect Christmas Collection”. Besides those 5 pieces, I have 3 angels, a 3 piece band, a travelling merchant and 7 different villagers, including the innkeeper. And they are all adorable. (I love the “kings” names: King Kitty Treats, King Yarn and King Catnip Mouse) I’m just wondering how many more figures might be coming so I emailed them this morning and asked.
Weather wise, it’s another pretty, if cool day, with blue skies and sunshine. It’s 48 at the moment and heading to 56. We’ve been getting down to freezing or below the last couple of nights.

Good morning Vagabond
Chilly this morning at 20 degrees, a sunny day is expected with a high of 30. (^.^)
It’s that day of the week again, going out to find eats for the week, maybe a few needs for Christmas cooking.
Have a great day Vagabonds, may God bless you and keep you company.
