We didn’t return to Newport Saturday but there has been a turn around in the trailer thoughts are back to buying one, so we go back up to check it out.

It’s another gloomy day here. It isn’t so much the temperature (49) as the depressing uniformly grey clouds. There’s not even the interesting variation in color. Oh and the forecast is for 59.
I got started on my cross-stitch yesterday and worked on it for about an hour. I haven’t been doing the needlework because of my tendonitis. Now that it has healed, I’m trying it out to see if I aggravate it. So far, so good.
We watched a great old movie last night. 1954, Humphrey Bogart, Peter Ustinov, Aldo Rey, Basil Rathbone and Leo G Carroll. Guesses anyone?
Other than tomorrow’s prayer group, I don’t have anything going this week until my doctor visit on Thursday. So I guess I’ll have time to work on my three “projects”. Either that or spend a lot of time reading. (I’m finally into the exciting climax of a 5 book series. It’s hard to put down.)
