And we are starting it with, rain and overcast skies, at first glance I saw 53 on the old t-mometer. The drizzle is on and off most of the day, there is a cold front over in NY.
Going to be a good day for the plants around the house. With bush fire danger high this rain is welcome.
I watched a documentary called “Blackfish” about Orcas last night. It highlighted Tillikum, a bull Orca at Sea World Orlando that has killed 2 people and injured others. He’s also their largest bull and is father or ancestor to more than half of the Sea World collection of Orcas. His sperm is worth $millions, even though he’s a known killer. He’s still used in the shows. The title comes from the native peoples’ name for the species. It’s worth watching. I found it on Hulu.
Today is another slow day. I don’t have anything in particular scheduled.
Picarajustina, I was wondering. Where are you located (in general)? We have one in the Ozarks, one in Vermont, one in Montana and me in Las Vegas. (We also have a friend who splits his time between New York and Miami, but we haven’t heard from him in a while.) Inquiring minds want to know…
We got up to 100 on the patio yesterday, then last night had a gully washer of a thunderstorm. Today’s forecast is for 93, though the humidity is 33%, quite a bit higher than normal for us. I guess it’s to be expected after the storm last night.
The sun is shining, some cloudiness and 51 at first squint at the thermometer. By the end of the day sun a plenty. (^.^)
Another Sunday to enjoy with church and a good message from our sky pilot followed by a pork roast and baked potatoes for dinner. From then on just a lazy day.
