I got a bit confused yesterday. UPS delivered the gym tiles, but only 4 boxes instead of the 11 I had ordered. Then I got an email from Home Depot saying that the entire order had been delivered. So I got in touch with them last night and discovered that the huge boxes I had received actually held 3 smaller boxes of the tiles. So I got all 11. The UPS driver was very nice about it and delivered the boxes into the clubhouse so that Michael and I didn’t have to move them. It’s the only space that is secured and accessible only to the board members and the installers. The installation will happen next week.
I actually won my Phase 10 game yesterday. It was almost accidental.
Last night’s church was awesome, continuing in Galatians and Paul’s condemnation of the Judaizers. I don’t think I had ever realized just how blunt Paul was being in this letter. He really pulled no punches. And the worship was one guy with an acoustic guitar instead of the whole band, so I didn’t even have to wear the earplugs.
I praise God that we are saved by faith, not works. God’s grace is awesome.
Housekeeper today. (Now that seems a mundane comment after the previous two paragraphs, doesn’t it?) I’ve been keeping up with the straightening up so there’s not much to do to prepare besides taking the litter boxes outside. Other than that, it’s gonna be another lazy day.
Officially, we have not yet had a triple digit day. On my patio, yesterday was the third one. Last year, we were into triple digits in mid-May and stayed that way for a long time. I am grateful, though 99 is still hot! Today’s forecast is for 96. I never thought I would get tired of blue skies and sunshine.

Sunny morning, it’s 52 and very bright and I see a lot blue. Today’s high is expected to hit 81 degrees. “Sunshine, on my shoulders, make me happy”
Not a lot going on today maybe get that grill up and running.
