I love Irish soda bread with caraway seeds and raisins. Sometimes I like old fashioned oatmeal for breakfast with added raisins and walnuts. The other day I thought, hey, I’ll add caraway seed to the oatmeal, too. Glad I did. Caraway is healthy, too. Has minerals.
