Horus better watch out, birds are also a favorite on the feline menu! I like how Anubis is completely indifferent, though he always looks kinda stoned when he appears. Slacker!

Hmm, I wonder if Horus just melted the nose off the Sphinx.

Since when has ‘dignified’ applied to gods in the Egyptian or any other pantheon I can think of?

Actually, Bast probably sees her mouse more as a toy than food–“Don’t eat your food before you play with it,” as Mama Cat told her kittens.

Cats don’t really “play” with their food. The explanation is a bit lengthy for a comment board, however.
