Bushmillers’s Classic Nancy Aug 13, 2019, depicts Nancy and Aunt Fritiz the way I remember. Olivia Jaimas Aug 13, 2019, on the other hand appears to bring them both down. Fritiz looks old bags under her eyes and worn out. Nancy mean with a scow and fat face (like she has the mumps), always.

I remember one where Nancy asked Fritzi for a slice of double layer cake with chocolate icing. Fritzi says just one slice and Nancy took the whole top layer off for her one slice.

Hah! This is a more accurate (IMO) use of the commercial phrase “You can’t each just one!” (Old Lays Potato Chip phrase.) Jelly beans…. mmm.

1- You know who loved jelly beans? Ronnie Reagan. 2- Yes. I’m surprised you know that. What else do you know about him? 3- I know how many terms he SHOULD’VE served. Poor old guy…

Reminded of this morning’s Jack Benny episode on WMKV – Mary ordered him a birthday cake with 39 candles arranged as a question mark.
