Speaking of "park"ing, the meter looks like an upside down version of a Nick Park character (Wallace comes to mind) smiling.

Obviously designed by the same chap who designed the neighbors car from the other day.

And it speaks volumes that new parking meters would be of interest to those two.

Seems not much goes on around the town of Three Rocks!

Believe it or not, when I was little, I used to be afraid of those. There was something about the shape and they seemed to make a certain sound that freaked me out. And it didn’t help that I’d had a dream that those came to life. I was dreaming that they were slowly creeping up to look in my bedroom window and as they did, they would make their sound.
