That’s an especially good rendering of Aunt Fritzi in panel #2. Makes me think of Lois Lane, Wonder Woman, and other comic strip heroines of the 1940’s.

Give her an inch, Fritzi and she’ll take the mile!

Ka-boom! Dat Nancy is a clever one

Oh yeah, Fritz. One little cracker and she’ll be STUFFED! Jeez, it’s no different from restaurants that serve bread before their meal! There was a time when restaurants even brought you a basket of assorted crackers. Just yesterday I had a whole bowl of popcorn a couple hours before dinner and I was still able to eat dinner!

So glad to still have the Bushmiller Nancy. So many of the old comics seem to be dropped, yet keeping the New Comic of today. So much history and humor in those older comics, it is sad to see them go.
