Adios Nancy. I have given this strip my best shot and I just rarely find it to be funny. I am a senior citizen and followed Nancy in the 60’s and 70’s until my newspaper stopped carrying it. I was delighted that I could read it again when I got a computer. I love Nancy’s new wardrobe and the way that Aunt Fritzi is drawn. But perhaps the strip is now too sophisticated for me. Many times I don’t even understand it and the constant storyline about robotics drives me up a wall. But perhaps the new writer is aiming to attract a younger audience and I can’t exactly blame her for that.
