In the beginning, the paper was blank.
Nancy’s pencils play over the face of the pages.
She creates the moment, drawing it into being.
Sequential panels reveal her creation of unfolding time.
Even so, her creatures, such as Fritzi, have free will.
She revealed herself to Bushmiller, and Jaimes is among her prophets.
Nancy dwells with us.
The past is set. The future is yet.
^ I cannot compete with that.
I do wonder, though, where the ladder was yesterday and Friday when she needed it, but then I remembered this is Nancy.
In other Nancy news, congratulations to OJ for being listed in Nerdist’s “Best Comics of 2020” along with GoComics alum Steenz from Heart of the City:

It’ll go nicely with the Ringo.
LOL!
Ritzi’s angry face is amazing, haha. Just this combination of exasperated and surprised.
Nancy gets high marks for this one.
Thoughts come from our necks, but words come from our brows.
