I haven’t seen a Christmas special in about 30 years – but that’s by conscious choice (except for “A Charlie Brown Christmas” of course, but then, I have that one on DVD).
It just always struck me as odd – “The true meaning of Christmas, brought to you by Spend More Money on Meaningless Garbage, Inc.”
