    actually, the quality of art supplies can really keep you from getting a decent result. Professional artists really do buy the high-end paints because they actually do contain stronger and longer-lasting pigment than student grade, for instance, and a bad brush won’t hold and distribute paint the way a good one will.

    The crayons they make today are really cheaply done. They are real waxy, & they have poor coverage with bland color. Boy, I was shocked at the cheap quality by a major manufacture of crayons. How sad! I would rather the price of the box of crayons go up & maintain the quality, instead of cutting costs to maintain the profit margin without raising the price. Stuff is getting packaged in smaller portions with less quality. Sad.
