I am about 1/3 done with my raking. Hundreds of pounds of acorns to tote— a leaf-blower won’t cut it, alas. And the overnight storm put paid to my idea of getting the acorns up before having to deal with the relatively easy leaves separately. At least there’s the long weekend.
We have two acres and back up to a state forest. Raking leaves and trying to clean the Stygian stable are one and the same. The wind blows the leaves everywhere, but away.
