I was at a July 4th party and a friend kept going on and on about an obit on Chip Dewey. He kept asking everyone if they had known him. Weird subject to bring up at a party, but my friend has strange obsessions. He even started calling up people about good ole Chip. Wonder if he was any relation to Norm?
