    I’ve had a couple of those calls. I tell them that there is an IRS branch office a few blocks from me and I’ll stop in and straighten things out. Hello, hello??

    In these days of never-ending scams, the IRS probably had trouble being taken seriously when they actually DO try to audit someone.
