I’ve always wanted to be a comfort-able pro…
My GF’s car’s A/C blew out its compressor. Two days later her home A/C blew out a capacitor. Yeah, 103 degrees will do that.
Our current A/C unit is 10 years old. The industry life span is 10-12 years. But we keep it checked and maintained, so hopefully it will last.
My AC is on 72* and I’m still hot and muggy ☹️
Hold on to your wallet Norm, you’re about to find out that you’ll need a new AC unit.
Back in 1988 we had a heat wave and the temps were above 100 which is highly unusual in NE Ohio. Of course our AC broke. The poor guy repairing it was dripping wet.
I’d like a repair bill I will be comfortable with.
