Cave man: I'm always on edge, doc, like I can never let my guard down and just relax. So how do you do it, doc?...Doc?...

Just wondering. Why are the Democrat candidates always referred to by their first names but the Republican candidates are always referred to by their last names?
The Illinois primary is Tuesday 15 March 2016, We have early voting that started Monday 29 February. Last Monday morning I rode my bicycle 3½ miles to the polling place and voted for Bernie Sanders to be the presidential candidate. I also voted for representative Tammy Duckworth, a wounded Iraq/Afghanistan veteran, to be the Democratic candidate to run against republican senator Kirk in November. I voted for Kim Foxx to replace Cook county states attorney Anita Alverez.
I love Wiley’s bears, but having been around them, trapped or tranquillized hundreds of them to move THEM to avoid conflicts with idiot PEOPLE, and never having encountered one actually attacking people unprovoked, the “Wiley Ursus diet”, is only wishful thinking. If bears WERE as beligerent and aggressive as humans, the woods would indeed be unsafe.
BTW even grizzly bears are very even tempered, just always pissed off if you’re in THEIR territory! Respect them, and THEIR territorial rights, they ignore you. Something humans could learn from.
Yes, I guess it’s just coincidence for this election. We do have campaign signs and commercials but not as much. Some time this year, we will have a Federal election and the parties will save their money until the date is announced. I’m betting on July. Selecting candidates is an internal party matter so most of us have very little to do with that. Campaigns can be several months or just a few weeks depending on how and when the prime minister decides.
I don’t know, I like Sister Pooh’s advice; “If a chicken comes in my house, it will wind up on a plate; if you go in the bear’s house, you will get eaten”.Look her up on youtube; she’s hilarious.

Psychiatry didn’t take off until they invented receptionists.

Open door policy needs rethinking, but the doctor-patient confidentiality policy is top-notch.

You’ll get whomever the privately-owned Tabulator says you get, and NO, you may not look at the ballots, any of you!

@Dogsniff: Here in Vermont it was 115,863 for Bernie and only 18,335 for the Hill.

Good grief! The majority of comments on this comic is about politics. Can’t we just enjoy reading comics without the political BS?

And God said, “Better to be eaten by a bear than commit suicide, dear psychiatrist.” “Sylvia Plath, NEXT” (I know, it’s a stretch.)

Early Psychiatric practices were hampered by the bear necessities.
