Here’s my choice:

Eddie’s wrong in one respect. They’re not the best the pahties have to offah, they’re the ones the people chose.
Dtroutma about 8 years ago
Eddie and Paulie would certainly better than Trump/Pence.
somebodyshort about 8 years ago
350 million people and these are the two you chose.

Like our system, it’s the one you were told to have by people with a vested interest.

Doomed, doomed, absolutely doomed!

I wonder – if those who complain about their choices lived in a country where they have no choice … would it make them feel better or worse?

Sounds like fun in the USA. I like the perspective from an Australian comedian called Jim Jefferies https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e63cwYxZAxk (warning language)

I’d vote for Cap’n Eddie! At least, when he lies it’s a ripping good yarn! Aargh!

Yeah Cap’n Eddie leader of the free world. I’m currently visiting New England & everyone here is so friendly but their driving is another matter. Bottom line I’ll sooner trust someone from this neck of the woods than some deginerate who lives in an ivory tower

One of the parties nominated a highly competent and well qualified person who while not perfect is extremely well prepared for the job, the other nominated a bigoted con man without any qualifications whatsoever or even the capability to learn as he goes along. The idea that there is any equivalence between the two is absurd.

I’m worried about Trump’s memory. He keeps forgetting the things he’s said.

We have taken the idea that anybody can grow up to be president entirely too far.

Actually, Eddie, the function of the primary/caucus system is to allow the rank-and-file party members (and sometimes voters) to select the nominee from a pool of candidates who’ve already been approved by the party bosses. Hence such things as winner-take-all primaries, superdelegates, etc. Occasionally the system misfires and these “fixes” operate in an unintended manner. That’s when things get interesting.

The one sure thing is that at the end of this election there will be only losers and they will be us.

I mean, Eddie has a real shot here.
Godfreydaniel about 8 years ago
Eddie never lies, he actually believes his delusional adventures actually happened to him! Kinda like Clinton probably believed she was shot at in Syria, and definitely like Trump’s entire life……..

To win the Democratic nomination, you have to cater to the left, because those are your primary voters. To win the Republican nomination, you have to cater to the right, because those are your primary voters. The further you go toward your end of the political spectrum, the more likely you are to win your party’s nomination. Come the general election, the bulk of the citizenry (who are in the middle) have nobody to whom they can really relate.

The Donald raised 18 million in contributions after the debate. Who was it that said these things are free?

I have loved non sequitur for quite some time. I cannot continue to abide by this notion that Drumpf is even on the same playing field as HC. This is a brilliant woman who has devoted her life to public service.
Seems to be a crazy factory in here. Toodles fellows.

But isn’t it my right to complain? You two aren’t any better if you want to take away a persons rights. I personally despise both candidates. If you don’t like that kiss my A

Lol if your saying Trump is a liar you can’t keep a straight face and claim Hillary is any better. Hypocrite.
