I have a theory that consumption of red wine wards off the virus. I have no scientific proof of this, but I’m not taking any chances.

A “toilet paper” truck would have worked much better.

Pay in advance. Touching the bills afterwards will make any sanitation of your hands pointless.

Wouldn’t it be funny if the driver’s name was Gene, and he hit the pot shop first.

When I first read it I thought the truck bell was saying “dying, dying, dying…” Had to re-read it to realise I was wrong.

Hand sanitizer is really rough on your hands and mine are already too dry, so I’ll stick with soap and water. Much cheaper, too.

I’ll bet someone will try this in real life…

Just heard on the news that ice cream trucks are shut down in my area – this guy is ahead of the game.

My wife and I send our prayers to everyone that you stay safe and well. We also hope that you are able to weather the changes this will bring in the new world that is forming even as we speak.

They’re not social distancing…

A dollar seems expensive

I’m a bit of a hermit, anyway, and don’t venture out of my home that often, other than my daily walk. My wife, on the other hand, is much more social, so the restrictions have hit her harder. So far she’s coped by keeping in constant contact with friends and family via Whatsapp & FaceBook and can even get her Sunday church services on YouTube.

Neither of us is big on going out late in the evening, so the 7 pm to 5 am curfew here (Ecuador) doesn’t bother us … plus, living in the city, as we do, the evenings have become so peaceful and quiet that we’re actually enjoying it!

Keep six feet apart in line.

I hope, for a buck a squirt, you get an ice cream bar with that. Eat the ice cream first, then get your squirt.

It’s just another SARS Virus. Can we get on with life?
