Bill Cosby had his explanation: (1) Grandparents consider it payback when their grandkids annoy their kids, and (2) old people act sweeter because they’re trying to get into heaven.
I hope that when I have kids my mom and dad can spoil them… 1. it means they have been blessed enough so that they can afford to. 2. it means less that I have to give to my child so I can concentrate on the more important things. 3. My husband and I won’t have to fight to see who’s the bad guy. 4. it means that my parents are still alive.
