    If I could figure out a use for cat hair, I’d be rich. My cat does not shed; she molts. Huge chunks. They look like tumbleweeds.

    thats true but does a cat/dog rlly have that much fur bc thats rlly ALOT of fur – maybe just the fairy is weak – ill just stick with teeth

    If they can make angora sweaters out of rabbit hair, and some people make clothing from dog hair, I guess some enterprising cat owner could make a fortune spinning and knitting all that castoff hair into upscale clothing. If you want to try it, I’ll gladly supply some!

    I save the fur from brushing and put in in an empty suet cage for the birds. They use is year ‘round for their nests, and flock to the cage hanging on the lilac “tree” as it’s quite large. The birds do not like the lint from the dryer due to the fabric softner on it.
