Rescued from a boiling pot??

Larry was rescued by Eddie Murphy… even the SNL viewers voted to spare his life. But the following Saturday he was boiled alive, ostensibly because Murphy was annoyed by complaints of disregard for animal welfare for even suggesting that Larry ’s life was at stake.

Maybe she’d rather gets eaten than be imprisoned in a tank.

She needs to be rescued in butter.

Coincidentally, I have recently rescued some melted butter, maybe we can arrange a play date?

The British government has put together a committee to consider the rights and feelings of sentient animals, including lobsters. Methinks there are a considerable number of eccentric people in the British Isles.

Just don’t put it in the ocean. Anywhere but where it came from and it becomes an invasive species. We had that happen a few years ago in Puget Sound.

Actually, this happens fairly often. Whenever they pick up an oddly colored lobster (blue, rainbow, yellow) or an unusually large lobster, someone volunteers to adopt it (usually for the publicity).
