Humpty didn’t go over easy.

Scrambled with asparagus.

So they are scrambling, but not to save him.

If you read the rhyme, it never says Humpty Dumpty was an EGG!

No! You idiots! We didn’t want him to die, we wanted him to DYE!

It’s pretty much the same as “When life gives you lemons make lemonade”. So “If life gives you broken eggs, make scrambled eggs.”
