    Okay, after some thought, I think I get it. When Quentin asked why Ollie hardly ever flies, instead of flying with his own wings Ollie answered thinking he was talking about going somewhere in a plane. (Banned because of the incident, perhaps?) So Quentin is looking at him walking and thinking the hot coffee maybe hurt him somewhere. * Wink wink *
