It’s better to be poor and polite, you never know when you’ll need to be rescued.

aww, it’s such a shame that all this glorious music should be only for the affluent! Actually, almost everywhere I know, students and others can buy tickets at the door at a reduced prices, an hour or so before performances.

Classical music for $88. Wonder how much for the Jonas Brothers next week.? Last time I waited for half price tickets before the show my date sat a row in front of me. Robert Goulet in Man of LaMancha,$32 each.Good deal except I didn’t get a second date.

A symphony ticket can cost that much if one insists on the most fabulous seating, but there are lots of other choices. The fur coat is optional too.

I gotta put in a great word for the San Antonio Symphany - its wonderful and you CAN get reduced prices at the door. Again, Wonderful!

It’s nice to go to the Symphony but You Tube is cheap and will do until a better paying job comes along. I’m always amazed at the amount and quality of some of the video’s on You Tube.

johndh123, Robert Goulet died in October, 2007 while waiting for a lung transplant. He had one fabulous voice!
