Almost anyone can cook spaghetti. What else does he cook and serve?
…you don’t go to many Italian resteraunts do you, Iwa Iniki. And I assume that he doesn’t just serve it with Ragu.
A proper Ragu Bolognese isn’t anything to scoff at - spaghetti bolognese is the meal that gets f**cked up worst around the world’s restaurants afaik.
And risotto, osso buco, grigliata mista - now I want to go to Italy!
