When I had 45 employees working for me, everyone thought they were above avwerage or superior. I had to tell them that “superior” was the new average so to be outstanding they really had to do something special.
In any operation, particularly “non-profits”, the indispensable one is the one who can raise the contributions – until it reaches the point where fund raising becomes more important than the original product or service.
