I’ve never encountered a non-sucré croissant or chocolat… But sucré should sound enough like sugar for Claire to recognise it… There again, Parisian waiters are world-renown for being the least helpful…

I think unsweetened chocolate is cooking chocolate, and they would not be serving that… ☺
