My nabe has a problem w/ some young guys who live across the street from me, who indulge in weed smoking outside their house (Maybe they don’t want smell in the house). Her main complaint was that police refused to arrest them for this biz. Here in Nyc recreational marijuana is being passed for legalization, also certified medical marijuana is in play and people can buy CBD products through the mail; I do know small amounts of marijuana has been decriminalized by law enforcement. Long story short when she called the precinct …this is exactly what the cop told her and she’s now of the mind of petitioning these guys off the block… hush my mouth ( ͡* Ĺ̯ ͡*)
Good friend of mine owns a restaurant and the stories he can tell about some things he’s been told in interviews. Pretty incredible how stupid some people can be.
I’m a hotel manager, in a state where smoking is banned in all hotels. It’s unbelievable just how many people will go stand outside at -20F for a cigarette, then go back to their room to smoke weed.
