I understood that Obama would pay for their Health Care… out of their taxes… The same way they pay for their police, firemen, dustbin men, teachers etc… the same way every other government in the world does… by adding a couple of euros (dollars) onto their tax… Spending less on unnecessary wars might release enough funds to make it more viable…
