Panel 3 - Ruthie: And he’s actin’ stupid. James: I’m stupid? Do you know how she spells bedgetibbles?
Panel 4 - Ruthie: It’s a real menu, James! James: Or Pasketty?
The real tormented are not the realtors, but the house buyer.
