I hated all kinds of soup when I was a kid. But we always had the condensed Campbell stuff. I had to wait until much later to discover that homemade soups can actually be good, and I bet that’s what this grandmother makes.
Back when we didn’t know any better, my grandmother would extend homemade chicken or beef soup by adding a can of Campbell’s tomato. We called it combination soup. I liked it.

Soup is good for anytime it rains.

Soup is good anytime, but especially in cold weather. Chicken soup is known for being especially good when you have a cold.

Hot soup warms you in winter. Soup is also a good way to get veggies when you can’t eat them raw for health reasons…

Like father and son. Canned soup as Campbell too much salt. Homemade is better add veggies one wants. There is also more hearty Progressive.
