That’s nothing. My brother did things like stand outside my door screaming at me until I gave him my magazine that I bought with money I earned. NM did nothing to stop him but Lord help me if I cross any of her arbitrary lines. This wasn’t the worst he’s done but it is an example of abysmal parenting.

A repeat offender is a criminal who keeps on doing the same crime over &over after being released from prison, we have a lot of them here in USA.
