I once saw a German shepherd police dog being trained. The trainer kept saying something like “foose, foose” to the dog. I later learned he was saying “Fuß”, the German word for “foot”, used where we would command “heel, heel”.

Can’t scam Grandpa, he’s too smart.

But Rowdy can howl along with “Wie einst Melon Collie Baby”

Oh, Ruthie. You’re just confusing him.
