This is the second one where the cook has been changed from black to white. Does anyone know why?

I think it’s racist when the media starts saying Black people don’t know how to cook.
Well, in light of the fact she says, “It’s electrocuted I am”, I would assume she’s an Irish cook. Why not chalk it up to inconsistent writing?
The previous cook probably quit after dealing with Pete.
