Had to post that Toby and Cooper (Golden and weiner dog) have a new plan of action. As I was walking in with a plate of weiners and burgers last night Cooper jumped up and I pull the plate back and Toby( Golden) jumped up and grab 3 weiners and they ran off and ate them. I see this will be a long summer. I think the Toby and Cooper should help Raymond and Louie. Morning everyone.

What about the old saying “A burger in the hand is worth two in the bush”?

These two guys are out lost in the desert. No food, no water, no sense of direction. Tired, and hungry and dehydrated. On the verge of sunstroke and heatstroke and just plain old boredom. When off in the distance one fellow sees a tree on the horizon and it appears to be covered completely in bacon!

So with the last vestiges of his strength his sprints off across the dunes to reach this shimmering bacon tree. He is almost there when suddenly he gets cut down in a hail of gunfire. He is lying, close to death in the sand, and with his last few breaths manages to yell back to his buddy who is still some distance away,

“Run, run. It’s not a bacon tree! It’s a hambush!”

Somehow, Louie, I don’t think you’d like soy burgers very much.

I’m with you Joy - no one is making them read the comments, if they want to read the comic strip. Although, outside of a few short comments to each other, I think we ought to keep the bulk of our “off topic” to BT. My reasoning is that way it is easier to keep up on the fun conversations between us tribe members.

Joy I figured “friendly hellos” were covered under the “few short comments” category. But yes, a dull roar is the right level.
