How is this for diversion? I saw a video of a guy sitting by the road side begging. A guy rides up to him on a scooter. He stops and takes out his wallet to give the man some money. Just then another guy rides by and plucks the wallet out of the man’s hand. As the robbed guy runs after the other guy to get his wallet back the ’beggar’takes off his cloak, gets up and rides away on the man’s scooter. So then the victim of two thefts becomes the victim of three thefts when the other guy on a scooter drives by and takes the cell phone out of the hand of the victim’s hand as he called police. So the poor guy lost his wallet, scooter and cell phone. Pretty slick operation by these thieves.
