“We DID used to do that”? Let’s watch the redundancy, please. Either say “we DID do that” or “we USED to do that,” but not both.

They now just have sword fights with the Green Ship guys, and nobody ever gets hurt either.

The loss of income has made it necessary to lay off everyone except Nate and the little gardener.

Never trust what you are told by a pirate.

I wish the strip would go BACK to more pirate related things.

Never have understood the media fascination with pirates. They were generally the lowest of the low, killed indiscriminately and had very high mortality rates, themselves. Never heard of any substantiated instances of their “giving to the poor” like Robin Hood.

He said that chasing and robbing ships was average!
