Cat on a tether? Odd, but no more odd than a talking dog

Occasionally, I see a young girl in my neighborhood walking her cat on a leash!! Of course, she goes at his pace, and stops when he wants to. Yet, no one has clued her in about cat behavior!!

We have our cat on a harness to go walking about our yard.

But I do have to wear my ski gloves and my wife wears her garden gloves, to get out cat into the harness without bloodshed!

Once out in the garden our cat seems happy!

I bet your mouth is watering Scratch!!!

I’m tired of them holding Scratch back, if they let those dumb dogs loose, then Scratch deserves to be as well.
