The mic is powered? Doesn’t a microphone have to be plugged into an amp, and the amp is plugged into the electrical socket?

This cartoon , leaves me on the " curb " , but I read it every day on " Go Comics " and in the Detroit Free Press ? I’m not sure why ?

Scratch screech scratched… [SCRUNCH!]

I had an old 10-pack of button-cell batteries in the freezer which I had marked “MIC.” I couldn’t remember what microphone I could have possibly used these in, as I only own a couple that plug into a 3.5mm jack on a PC, and they certainly don’t require batteries. I used up a bunch of them trying to get a tire-pressure gauge to work again, but because it was never meant to be serviceable, I put at least one battery in backwards and damaged it beyond repair and rapidly drained the batteries. Some time later, I remembered the batteries were for my digital micrometer (a measuring caliper). Oops!

BTW, the mice and other vermin are in your pantry eating and pooping, but you don’t want to harm them because you think they are cute.

Maybe if he switched to a rock concert featuring “Hairball Wizard”?
