Back when I was married I never could relax. There was always that feeling that I was forgetting something and that I’d be in trouble for it. It took me a couple of months before I could feel comfortable sitting and reading in my living room.
That stuff reminds of the ahem “herb” I grew while stationed in Japan in the late ’70s. One doober between four guys was good for a couple of hours of melding with the furniture. Thank god for 10" reel to reel tapes!

Vern needs to relax. One can be concerned without being anxious.

Let’s face it: Even when nobody abuses Verne, he can’t be happy for long.
