We don’t have a lawn but my wife has and extensive garden. She won’t let me use rakes or power tools to remove the leaves as she believes it will damage her plants. I think she would prefer that I stand in the yard with chopsticks and catch the leaves as they fall.

my dog runs around and catches the leaves and chomps them. He is doing his part to turn them into mulch
