The term somehow doesn’t quite make sense to me. It’s more like you are just doing what’s in your job description rather than putting in %110 all the time. Management’s been milking the job loss fear for a long time. When people were fired, those that remained continued to work their jobs and took over the functions of their former coworkers for zip extra pay. It just burns everyone out.
