There was much news recently about an epidemic of robotexts. I don’t know why I haven’t been bothered by any. But scam emails, that’s a different story.
I turned off nearly all of my notifications, especially on news and social media sites. I’ll check them when I’m darn ready to check them. I will not live with the tyranny of FOMO.
